Bradford Sprogis, born and raised in the South End, joined the family firm in 1984 and knows the neighborhood as only a native South Ender can. Brad attended Boston Latin School, and is a 1989 graduate of the School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. John Neale has been active in the marketing and sales of Boston's real estate since 1981. In addition to his work as a residential broker of existing homes, John has marketed or consulted on the creation of hundreds of Boston area condominiums and numerous townhouse developments as well. Prominent South End developments have included Atelier 505, Rollins Square, 1597 Washington Street, the Cumston Street Houses, 2 Clarendon Street, 75 Clarendon Street and the Dartmouth Square Schools. Other large Boston developments have included Avenir in the Bulfinch Triangle and FP3, now under construction in the new South Boston Seaport District.

John is also very active in local preservation. A former South End Landmark District Commisioner, he is presently the Historian for the Board of Directors of the South End Historical Society. John has also been active for many years as a fund-raiser for Boston's Fenway Community Health, helping to raise money for their new building being constructed at 1330 Boylston Street in Boston's Fenway neighborhood. Jackie Jaeger joined Sprogis and Neale in 2004. For over 20 years she has lived and worked in Back Bay, Beacon Hill and the South End. The Simmons College graduate who is also a trained professional chef and portrait photographer had a successful career as a graphic designer in her more recent past. It was then after purchasing her own home in the South End that she decided to turn her talents to helping others meet their real estate needs and sell the city.

Jackie has an eye for detail, a flare for the creative and a nose for knowing the hot spots that enhance the experience of Boston living. She has brokered numerous real estate sales throughout the city. Adept at working with young professionals as well as growing families she helps her clients through the buying or selling process with ease. Conor Chamberlain joined Sprogis and Neale in 2005, and has lived and worked in the heart of the South End for the past four years.After graduating from Catholic University in 2001, Conor experienced life in Rome, teaching English as a foreign language, and Chicago, where he was Account Manager for a large publishing firm. In 2005, Conor returned home to the Boston area to pursue a career in Real Estate. Raised by parents who are both in the real estate business, his passion and knowledge are inherent. As an uncle to four young nephews living nearby, Conor is aware of exactly what families need in a new neighborhood and dwelling. Conor enjoys helping young professionals, families and empty nesters sell their home or find the perfect new one.
