John Neale

John Neale has been active in the marketing and sales of Boston's real estate since 1981.
In addition to his work as a residential broker of existing homes, John has marketed or consulted on the creation of hundreds of Boston area condominiums and numerous townhouse developments as well. Prominent South End developments have included Atelier 505, Rollins Square, 1597 Washington Street, the Cumston Street Houses, 2 Clarendon Street, 75 Clarendon Street and the Dartmouth Square Schools. Other large Boston developments have included Avenir in the Bulfinch Triangle and FP3, now under construction in the new South Boston Seaport District. 

John is also very active in local preservation. A former South End Landmark District Commisioner, he is presently the Historian for the Board of Directors of the South End Historical Society. John has also been active for many years as a fund-raiser for Boston's Fenway Community Health, helping to raise money for their new building being constructed at 1330 Boylston Street in Boston's Fenway neighborhood.
